​At a very early age, Ebony Brown developed a compassion for serving others and set her plans on becoming a nurse.  Right out of high school she decided to earn her STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) Certification, and began her journey working in skilled nursing facilities. While this opened the doors to her career of serving in her community.

Determined to make a greater impact, Ebony knew in her heart in order to expand her reach of serving she needed to expand her education.  She decided to return to Youngstown State University to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration.  Once she completed her degree, she landed a job as a Client Care Coordinator in a homecare agency.  After working in the role for approximately five years, She sought a deep passion to improve the quality of care clients receive, particularly in the comfort of their own homes. She felt the desire to serve became even greater, and decided to open her own homecare agency.  That is when Angels at Work was born.

Ebony's compassion for serving others extends beyond her team. She takes extraordinary measures to ensure clients receive the care they deserve, to ensure the services offered go uninterrupted. Ebony has a positive attitude, and a beautiful soul. Ebony’s agency has since expanded to serve the greater Ohio region.

Additionally, Ebony is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Ebony company donates at least five percent of earned income back into her community.

Her goal is clear: To provide compassionate, holistic care and ensure every individual feels valued and supported. Ebony continues to touch lives through her work and unwavering dedication.
